LDD series electric bag composite dust collector is a new generation of dust removal equipment, which organically integrates the advantages of electric precipitator and bag dust collector. The dust removal efficiency is more than 99%, and wins the Yancheng Patent Award, and is recognized as a high-tech product of Jiangsu Province.
The electric bag composite dust collector is composed of two units: electric dust removal and cloth bag dust removal. Generally, the electric dust removal unit arranges an electric field. In the structure of the front and back bag, the electric dust removal unit can collect 80%~90% of the dust in the flue gas, and charge the dust charges through the electric dust removal area, which greatly improves the permeability performance and ash removal performance of the filter bag. Because the resistance of the filter bag is reduced, the ash cleaning cycle is prolonged, the bag filter is adaptability, and the fine dust collection efficiency (99.99%), to ensure the emission standard of less than 10mg / m³ (5mg / m³ according to the requirements).
