Click to ContinueThe wet electrostatic precipitator uses liquid scouring to clear the surface of the dust collector, which can effectively collect fine particles (PM2.5 dust, SO3 fog, aerosol), heavy metals (Hg, As, Se, Pb, Cr), organic pollutants (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, dioxins), etc.
Click to ContinueLimestone-gypsum desulfurization process is a widely used wet desulfurization technology in the world, which is suitable for coal with high sulfur content, especially in areas where limestone is abundant and gypsum is widely used.
Click to ContinueThe semi-dry flue gas desulfurization technology is based on the principle of circulating fluidized bed. It establishes a high-density, intensely turbulent particle bed layer at the upper part of the Venturi tube in the desulfurization tower.
Click to ContinueTraditional dry flue gas desulfurization processes mainly include dry calcium injection, electron beam irradiation, and adsorption methods, but their desulfurization efficiency is relatively low. Our company adopts a new sodium-based desulfurization process, which effectively improves efficiency. This method is particularly suitable for treating flue gas with low SO2 content, where technical renovation space is limited and investment is minimal, such as in small and medium-sized lime kilns.
Click to ContinueSNCR stands for "Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction," which is a mature NOx control technology. Its working principle involves spraying ammonia water or urea, which contain amino groups, into the boiler furnace or cement kiln decomposition furnace at temperatures ranging from 850 to 1100℃. In this narrow temperature range, these amino-based reductants selectively react with NOx in the flue gas, producing harmless and non-polluting N2 and H2O. Under conditions where the operating cost of the reductant is appropriate and ammonia slip does not exceed 10 ppm, a denitrification efficiency of over 80% can generally be achieved.
Click to ContinueSCR stands for "Selective Catalytic Reduction," a mature commercial technology for NOx control. Its principle involves using liquid ammonia as a reductant, which selectively reacts with NOx in flue gas at temperatures between 280 to 420℃ under the action of a catalyst. The reaction produces harmless and non-polluting N2 and H2O, effectively removing NOx from the flue gas. The catalyst used can be either honeycomb or plate type, and NOx and NH3 in the flue gas react almost at a 1:1 molar ratio, achieving a denitrification efficiency of 80 to 90%.
