The rotary pulse jet bag type dust collector is developed by our company based on the technology of large-scale spray dust collector, combined with scientific dust removal technologies at home and abroad.
The rotary pulse jet bag type dust collector is developed by our company based on the technology of large-scale line spray dust collectors, integrating scientific dust removal technologies from both domestic and international sources. It is specifically designed for applications requiring high smoke volume, high concentration, high humidity, and compact site conditions. This device combines the advantages of air box pulse and line spray dust collectors.
This product utilizes large-scale submerged pulse valves for centralized rotary pulse jet cleaning, reducing the number of pulse valves and electrical components, lowering the required pressure for the cleaning air source, and reducing equipment operational energy consumption. This design also extends the service life of filter bags and pulse valves, significantly improving overall technical performance. The dust collector is widely used in industries such as construction materials, power generation, metallurgy, petrochemicals, grain processing, steel production, carbon black manufacturing, waste incineration, and industrial kilns for the purification of dust-laden gases at ambient or elevated temperatures, as well as the recovery of powdered materials.
1.High dust removal efficiency. Utilizing rotary low-pressure high air volume pulse cleaning technology, the dust cleaning capability is strong, resulting in high dust removal efficiency and low emission concentration.
2.Low investment cost. Fewer electrical equipment, lower energy consumption, less steel consumption, small footprint, stable and reliable operation, reducing initial investment costs.
3.Excellent structural performance. The box body adopts a press-formed plate structure with high mechanical strength, good sealing performance, and extremely low air leakage rate. The bag adopts a round waist hole design for optimal space utilization. With a compartmentalized structure, it allows for online/offline dust cleaning. The layout of the inlet and outlet air ducts is compact, with minimal airflow resistance.
4.Long service life. By utilizing rotary low-pressure high air volume pulse cleaning, the cleaning pressure is below 0.1 MPa, reducing damage to the filter bags. The long cleaning cycle and low consumption can significantly increase the service life of the filter bags and pulse valves.
5.Easy maintenance. Featuring a high clean air chamber for indoor bag replacement, fewer pulse valves, reduced signal interference from electrical components, and minimal maintenance requirements.
