LPF gas box pulse bag dust collector is a new type of bag dust removal equipment independently developed by our company on the basis of using foreign science and technology and combined with China's national conditions.
This series of dust collector has a variety of specifications, according to the actual needs of the number of different rooms and different number of filter bags per room. There are four filter bags per room: 32,64,96 and 128. The diameter of filter bags is 130mm, and the length of filter bags is 2450mm and 3600mm.
This series of products are widely used in building materials, metallurgy, electric power, chemical industry and other industries of dust purification.
1. Pulse offline ash removal, dust removal efficiency is more than 99.9%, dust without secondary adsorption, especially suitable for the treatment of high concentration of flue gas.
2. Use high temperature smoke back blowing to effectively prevent the phenomenon of dew paste bag.
3. Use a new type of easy to clear ash filter material, equipped with a reliable flue gas temperature tracking system, which can adapt to various flue gas conditions. Meet the current ultra-low emission requirements, up to 10mg / m³.

5. The air box structure is adopted to reduce the local resistance loss and avoid the inconvenience of filter bag installation.
