The wet electrostatic precipitator uses liquid scouring to clear the surface of the dust collector, which can effectively collect fine particles (PM2.5 dust, SO3 fog, aerosol), heavy metals (Hg, As, Se, Pb, Cr), organic pollutants (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, dioxins), etc. After using the wet electrostatic precipitator, the dust emission in the wet flue gas can reach 10mg / m³ or even below 5mg / m³. The dust collection performance has nothing to do with the dust characteristics.
Performance Characteristics
1. Wide range of applications. Mainly used in electric power, metallurgy, chemical industry and other industries of wet flue gas deep purification, near zero emission.

2. Convenient for new construction and renovation. Integrated design with the flue gas desulfurization system, the new construction and reconstruction process are simple, with the compact structure, simple process and small footprint; the secondary reconstruction can provide long-term and stable operation without changing the existing desulfurization and dust removal facilities.

3. Large flue gas treatment capacity. Using multiple electric fields or multiple parallel units, the amount of treated flue gas can reach 5 million m³ / h, or even larger.

4. High dust removal efficiency. The removal rate of PM2.5 particulate matter is 85~95%; the nearly zero emission standard of 5mg / Nm ³; the removal rate of SO3 acid fog is 80~98%; the corrosion of wet flue gas discharged by chimney is greatly reduced; the comprehensive emission reduction of various pollutants such as heavy metals can greatly improve the cleanliness of flue gas emission.

5. Low operation and maintenance costs. Resistance to 300Pa, significantly reduce the use cost.

6. Long service life. The flue gas contact part is all made of anti-corrosion materials, with no moving parts, and the service life is more than 20 years.
