Ultra-low emissions in the carbon industry
In 2015, flue gas treatment in the carbon industry became an urgent priority for concentrated areas. Lanfeng Environmental Protection conducted specialized research and development on flue gas generated from the core calcination and roasting processes of carbon production. They developed new-generation limestone-gypsum flue gas desulfurization equipment and wet electrostatic precipitators as key technologies, designing comprehensive integrated treatment solutions. The company has undertaken over 30 flue gas treatment projects for clients such as Xinfat Group, Orient Hope, Wanfang Wanrui, and Suotong Development, achieving significant results. It has also expanded into related industries like battery anode materials.
Ultra-low emissions in the aluminium industry
In 2014, the state issued the "Emission Standards for Pollutants from the Aluminum Industry" (GB25465-2010), which set special emission limits for atmospheric pollutants and imposed emission requirements on all production stages of the aluminum industry. More and more regions are promoting ultra-low emissions in the aluminum sector. Our company has overcome challenges such as high magnetic fields, large flue gas volumes, and space limitations in electrolytic aluminum production, constructing ultra-low emission projects at Xinyuan Electrolytic Aluminum and Xinjiang Nongliu Division. We pioneered the "SDS dry flue gas desulfurization + baghouse dust collector + low-temperature denitrification" solution, which has been applied in lime rotary kilns of aluminum plants in Sanmenxia and Jinzhong.
